工作原理：

物料由加料器均勻地鋪在網(wǎng)帶上，網(wǎng)帶一般采用12-60目不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)，由傳動(dòng)裝置拖動(dòng)在干燥機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)。干燥機(jī)由若干單元組成，每一單元熱風(fēng)獨(dú)立循環(huán)，部分尾氣由專門排濕風(fēng)機(jī)排出，廢氣由調(diào)節(jié)閥控制，熱氣由下往上或由上往下穿過(guò)鋪滿物料的網(wǎng)帶完成熱量與質(zhì)量傳遞的過(guò)程，帶走物料水份。網(wǎng)帶緩慢移動(dòng)，運(yùn)行速度可根據(jù)物料溫度自由調(diào)節(jié)，干燥后的成品連續(xù)

Working principal:

The target  materials  are uniformly  put on the  mesh-belt  which generally  uses 12-60meshstainless steel and driven to  move  by transmission device. The dries is composed  of several units in  which hot air is circulated  separately. Some exhausts is brought out by special wet dis charger, waste air is controlled by adjustable valve. The hot  air passes through  the  mesh-beltcovered with the materials from the top to the bottom or vise versa which  completes the heat and mass transfer process and takes away wet content. The mesh belt move slowly  and its  speed can be adjusted  by  wet condition of materials. The drying materials fall into  the material collector continuously. The top  and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand.The unit number can be selected according tobe demand.
